MS ducting is made from the high quality mild steel which contains 0.16-0.29% carbon being neither brittle nor ductile. In kitchen exhaust MS ducts are largely used owing to its inherently fire resistant characteristic which can be further enhanced by

Fire Rated Spray Coat or painted with multiple coats of Red Oxide. They are available with rectangular lined and unlined, round, spiral, straight ducts and are configured with advanced technologies. The TDF system

TDF is flanging system that consists of forming a flange profile on the duct ends, thus made out of a sheet from which the duct is fabricated. TDF is a 4 bolt duct connection system that eliminates time wastage. Rather than using separate connections to assemble your system. TDF flanges are roll formed onto the duct during the manufacturing process. This connection minimizes leakage and installation costs. These TDF flange eliminates the additional internal sealing around the edges of duct & thereby saves the labor and material.
